Simple Satisfaction (Returns and Refunds)

We sell art. But we appreciate that it may not meet your expectations. If you are not pleased with your purchase from ShipyardPark.com, just contact me (peter@mello.com) within 30 days and I’ll give you a replacement, if available, or full refund. Plain and simple.

Pick Up, Delivery and Shipping Policy

We want you to get your art as soon as possible. Most items will be in stock and will be available for pick up, delivery or be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, since this is art which may be custom printed for you, from time to time, it may take a few weeks to get you what you purchased but we will clearly communicate the expected date of delivery to you and you will always have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time, no questions asked, for a full refund.
